Salad could get boring with the time, and for that reason I'm always trying new variations!
Yesterday evening my family had barbecue and I wanted to try bread salad for a long time so it was the perfect reason!
Content of my salad:
Slice 1/3 cucumber into small pieces
Slice 1/2 small red onion, sliced
1/2 pear, sliced into small cubes
1 potato, sliced
3 coctailtomatoes, halved
3 mini peppers
Lay potato slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and butter and season with salt and slide into the oven.
Once the potatoes are almost done browning the halved coctailtomatoes, mini peppers and a slice of Italian bread torn into small pieces also push into the oven.
Mix all ingridients witch were not in the ofen with the dressing and put the ingredients from the oven over it. YUM! :)
